Privacy Policy

At Axiomify we respect your privacy and handle your personal data responsibly. This policy explains what information we collect through axiomify.io, how we use it and what rights you have over it. This is a translation provided for convenience; the Spanish version at axiomify.io/privacidad prevails in case of discrepancy.

Who we are

Axiomify is a company based in Costa Rica, founded by Alexander Palma. For any questions about this policy or your data, you can message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form.

What data we collect

• Contact form — name, email address, company (optional) and the message you write.
• WhatsApp — your phone number and the content of the conversation, when you message us directly.
• Technical browsing data — IP address and connection data, processed by Cloudflare as part of the site's protection (see below).
• Free website analysis — when you request it at seo.axiomify.io/analisis-gratis: the address of the site to analyze, your email and, if you provide it, your name. We also store a code derived from your IP address (not the IP itself) to limit how many analyses are requested from the same connection.
• Visit measurement — aggregate data about each visit (page viewed, the site you came from, country, browser, device type and load times), collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics (see below).

How we use your data

We use the information you share with us solely to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a demo or service request, and improve our support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you submit the contact form or the notice of interest in a roadmap product, your data is sent to our own automation workflow (n8n, self-hosted by Axiomify) that notifies us by email and WhatsApp — not to an external third party. We keep what you submit so we can follow up with you.

If you request a free analysis of your site, we use your email to send you the result and to contact you about it. That data is stored in SEOsmart, our platform, on Axiomify's own servers. The report stays at a private link that does not appear in search engines.

Cloudflare and security

This site runs behind Cloudflare, a service that filters malicious traffic and speeds up content delivery. As part of that service, Cloudflare processes technical data about your connection (such as your IP address) in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

To understand how many people visit the site and which pages interest them, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. A small Cloudflare script records aggregate data about each visit: the page viewed, the site you came from, your country, browser, device type and how long the page took to load. According to Cloudflare, the service does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not track them across different sites. We only use these figures in aggregate, to improve the site and measure its search ranking; we do not use them for advertising or to build profiles.

axiomify.io does not use its own tracking cookies or any other analytics tools. If this changes, we will update this policy before enabling them.

This site loads its typefaces (Orbitron, JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts. Although that service does not use cookies, it does mean your browser requests those files directly from Google's servers, which transmits your IP address to them in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

In accordance with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 (Ley de Protección de la Persona frente al Tratamiento de sus Datos Personales), you may at any time request access to, rectification of or deletion of your personal data by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services evolve. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page.
