THE FOUNDATION OF ALL OUR PRODUCTS

Agents that work, not just talk.

A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent does the work: it reviews, compares, prepares and lets you know when a decision from you is needed. That's what we build, and it's what powers every Axiomify product.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that carries out tasks instead of just answering questions: it queries real data, cross-references information, prepares drafts and alerts you when a human decision is needed. Axiomify builds agents with scoped permissions, embedded security and human oversight where it matters, and they power all of its products: LicitaSmart and SEOsmart today, and CRMSmart, InventarioSmart, ContaSmart and FacturaSmart in development.

The difference between answering and doing

It's the most common confusion, and it decides whether the investment pays off.

A chatbot

Takes a question and returns text. It knows what it was taught, not what's happening in your company today, and it can't do anything on its own.

An agent

Has scoped access to your systems and carries out tasks: queries real data, cross-references information, drafts documents, leaves an alert. It works even when nobody asks it anything.

Why it matters

What costs money isn't a lack of answers: it's the repetitive work nobody gets to and the errors nobody catches in time.

The portfolio

Each product tackles a specific area with the same engine underneath: agents with scoped permissions, built-in security and human oversight where it's needed.

How we work

STEP 1

We look at your operations

What's done by hand, how many times a day and what happens when it goes wrong. Without that picture, automating is guesswork.

STEP 2

We start with what can be verified

First, repetitive tasks whose output can be checked. Anything involving judgment or high risk gets automated later, or not at all.

STEP 3

We measure and adjust

If the agent doesn't save measurable time, it's not worth it. We review it with numbers, not impressions.

Security built in, not bolted on

An agent with access to your systems is a risk if nobody has defined what it can and can't do. That's why we start from least privilege: the agent accesses only what its task requires, every action is logged, and anything hard to reverse goes through human approval. We work with AI providers configured not to retain or train on your data, and we put that in writing before connecting anything. It's not a layer added at the end: it's the condition for starting.

Frequently asked questions

Is an AI agent the same as a chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers questions; an agent carries out tasks inside your systems: it queries data, prepares documents and flags when something needs a decision. The practical difference is that one talks and the other works.

What happens if the agent makes a mistake?

It will, like any system. That's why sensitive actions require human approval and everything is logged. A well-designed agent has no permission to do anything whose error can't be reversed or detected.

Is the AI trained on my company's data?

No. We work with providers configured not to retain or train on the data sent to them, and we put that in writing before connecting anything.

Do I need to replace the systems I already use?

That's not the goal. Agents connect to what already exists. If something can't be connected, we tell you before we start, not after.

Does it work for a small company?

It usually works better, because the repetitive work falls on fewer people. What decides whether it's worth it isn't size, but how many times a week the task repeats and how much a mistake costs.
