An intelligence service for public tenders in Costa Rica. It delivers alerts for tender notices that match your line of business, historical reference prices and competitor analysis, available as a web app and on WhatsApp.
How do I receive alerts?
We set up your line of business and the amounts you care about together. From then on, we notify you on WhatsApp and in the web dashboard whenever a matching tender notice comes up, plus a periodic summary.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
No. You use it from WhatsApp or the web dashboard, with nothing to install and no learning curve.
Does LicitaSmart submit bids for me?
No. LicitaSmart gives you the information to decide which tenders to pursue and to prepare a competitive bid. Formal submission happens on SICOP (Spanish), Costa Rica's official public procurement platform.
Where do the historical prices come from?
From past public procurement awards, which are public information. LicitaSmart gathers them and organizes them by type of good or service so you have a realistic reference range.
